Incepted in 2002, Eagle Plastics is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of a precision engineered range of Industrial Process Equipment, Industrial Gratings and FRP Molded Component. Our range includes Tanks and Vessels, Scrubbers, Centrifugal Blowers, Ducting Hoods and Stacks, Utility Piping and Fitting, Plating Tanks and Fume Chamber, Strainers, FRP Molding Components and Gratings. Apart from manufacturing, we also undertake designing, installation and commissioning of these products. Our range is manufactured using high grade material such as Glass Reinforced Plastics (GRP/FRP, PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, PPGL/FRP, PVDF, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PPH,), CSM, SM, WR, Long Roving and Resins. Our products find applications in various industries such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Fertilizer and are available in various specifications as per the client’s requirements. We lay great emphasis on quality of our range and manufacture them as per the BS-4994 1987, IS-14402-19996, DIN and ASTM standards. We are also in a process of acquiring ISO certification. Our strength lies in state-of-the-art infrastructure, in-house design unit and CAD-CAM facilities which allow us to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Spread over an area of 10000 square feet, our manufacturing unit has a high production capacity of GRP pipe up to 4000 dia (1000 meters to 4000 meters /month). We are backed by a team of proficient personnel, who assists us in various manufacturing processes. We utilize sophisticated technology and technically sound machines and equipment to fabricate our range. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with hi-tech machines such as Filament Wound Machines and is managed by highly talented individuals with in-depth knowledge about the industry. We use technically superior machines to ensure the qualitative production of our range. |
